About Matcha Frother
Working directly in the tumbler, this stylish frother takes just 10 seconds or so to make perfectly frothed matcha.
It produces a rich, creamy, thick green foam that, in addition to looking beautiful, aerates just the right amount of air into the matcha to produce optimum creamy results.

About Matcha Scoop
Made of quality purple bamboo. One large heaping scoop is roughly 1 gram, the perfect amount for one cup of matcha. Its shape is ideal for both measuring matcha and for gently pushing the matcha through the sieve.

About Matcha Sieve
This elegant small sieve creates a perfectly smooth matcha brew. It's necessary to sieve matcha to prevent clumping; our tea is so finely ground that static electricity in the air creates clumping, and sieving dissipates the static to give you a creamy, flawless cup of matcha.
This sieve performs better when you don't wash it -- simply brush it clean with a toothbrush or other small brush.
If you must wash: Hand wash only and thoroughly dry. Do not soak. Not dishwasher safe.

About Single-Serve Coldbrew Original Matcha
Need a convenient way to make coldbrew matcha on the go?
Perfect for travel -- they weigh almost nothing and take up almost no space. Many people keep them in purses, gymbags, carry-ons, even cars! Cyclists and fitness enthusiasts love them -- coldbrew is so much more satisfying than water when thirsty.
Each packet contains 1.5 grams of Coldbrew Original, the perfect amount of matcha for an 8 to 12-oz serving (depending on how thick/thin you like it).
Simply fill your water bottle, mason jar, or other clean jar with icy-cold water (with or without actual ice--just be sure the water is very cold), add the matcha, and shake hard for about 10 seconds. Microbubbles will begin to form and eventually create a gorgeous crema on top that resembles a Guinness draft!

About Tanimura Bamboo Matcha Whisk
So many of you have asked us to source a good traditional whisk.
Mr. Tanimura is one of a handful of 20+ generations of traditional craftspeople based in Takayama, Nara Prefecture, and his work is gorgeous.
If you're looking for a very high-quality traditional whisk, you found it.
Light vs. dark is purely an aesthetic preference. They're a delight to hold and use, and they exude their beauty when not in use.
Roughly 66 tines, hand-carved in the "shin" style using properly aged white bamboo and shinchiku dark bamboo.
First use: The whisk is glued to the box using the ancient method of a paste made from rice. Grasp the handle and free it from the rice glue. Then, using a wet cloth, wipe off and remaining paper from the bottom of the base
After removing the whisk, rinse it gently with hot water before you use it. Shake off and let dry.
Care: gently rinse after use with warm water and shake off excess water.
