About Thermal Tumbler
This is the only to-go tumbler we know of that puts taste, touch, and smell of matcha as the highest priority, yet still showcases durability and extreme heat retention. This thing really is perfect for matcha. You can now savor hyperpremium matcha at its finest, anywhere. Take it with you to work, school, on trips, while you do errands ...
Extra-wide mouth -- means you can set your sieve directly over it, sift your matcha, add hot water, and froth it up right in the tumbler. Close the lid and off you go.
Tapered thin lip -- mimics a wine glass to deliver matcha directly to your palate while sitting comfortably on your mouth.
Ceramic interior -- your matcha should taste how you intended. Unlike stainless steel, a ceramic interior keeps your brew free of odors, oils, and metallic “old penny” tasting notes.
Heat-lock double wall vacuum -- 304 18/8 insulated stainless steel retains heat for 12 hours and stays cold for 24 hours.
Leak-proof seal -- A quick, 270° twist locks the lid to eliminate liquid mishaps. Guaranteed.
Materials -- 18/8 stainless steel, BPA-free plastic and steel lid, inner ceramic coating.
Sizes & Dimensions: 86mm diameter body, 69mm mouth, 127mm tall with lid, 121mm tall without lid.

About Stagg EKG Kettle
To fully enjoy your hyperpremium matcha experience, it's really important to get the water temperature right; you should never use water hotter than 170F, let alone boiling water -- the ideal range for matcha is between 155F (68C) and 170F (77C);
The Stagg EKG kettle from Fellow is your perfect tool for this: You can quickly and easily set the water temperature to the exact degree desired, and within moments your water is ready. The kettle feels good in the hand, features an attractive, modern, minimalist design, and the precision pour spout and counterbalanced-handle make it a pleasure to use. Looks fantastic on the countertop.
We love this kettle so much it's the one we use to brew matcha at Breakaway HQ!
Main Features:
Variable Temperature Control – By turning the knob, you select your desired temperature ranging from 135°F to 212°F, and Stagg EKG does the rest. No more guessing degrees.
LCD Screen – See the temp. Be the temp. A discreet, black LCD screen indicates the desired “Set Temperature” and the “Real Time Temperature” with an illuminating element to show the heating progress.
Hold Option – When the toggle on the back is switched to HOLD mode, the Stagg EKG will maintain your desired temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius for 60 minutes. You know, for when you overestimate your ability to run two miles. When the toggle is not in HOLD mode, the kettle will go to sleep after reaching the set temperature.
Brew Stopwatch – After your water has heated, use EKG’s built in Brew Stopwatch to time your extraction.

About Matcha Sieve
This elegant small sieve creates a perfectly smooth matcha brew. It's necessary to sieve matcha to prevent clumping; our tea is so finely ground that static electricity in the air creates clumping, and sieving dissipates the static to give you a creamy, flawless cup of matcha.
This sieve performs better when you don't wash it -- simply brush it clean with a toothbrush or other small brush. If you must hand wash it, dry it immediately. Not dishwasher safe.

About Sabun Kubo Dark Bamboo Scoop
It doesn't get much more traditionally prized in Japan. Made in the town of Takayama, in Nara Prefecture, Japan's ground-zero for artisans making bamboo products for matcha since the 16th century, by one of Japan's most celebrated bamboo artisans.
Master craftsman Sabun Kubo made this scoop. He is the 24th generation of his family to master the art of hand sculpting matcha utensils. In 2009, some of his work was exhibited in the Louvre. Kubo's ancestors are well known in matcha circles for making matcha accessories for Japan's imperial family. The bamboo is sustainably grown and harvested without the use of agrochemicals. It comes in a beautiful Japanese handmade paper box.
It's a true joy to hold and use.
Care instructions: Wipe with a clean cloth. Avoid use of detergents. NOT dishwasher-safe.
